WHAT IF I CAN'T DRAW?
It doesn’t really matter whether you draw rooms in their correct proportions, it’s the information in it that counts, so if you draw a square to represent a rectangular room, just indicate which is the 30’ wall and which is the 10’ wall. We’ll do the rest.

WHAT ABOUT THE PMA?
‘Constructing’ the property on the computer checks the measurements. If one is wrong, then the house won’t work. This acts as an audit and helps to protect you from publishing incorrect dimensions. Many customers also feel that plans help them minimise the amount they write to describe the property layout. Their feeling is that the less they write the less they can be criticised for.

WHAT IF MOST OF MY PROPERTIES ARE SMALL?
Floorplans are tangible evidence of your commitment to service – no matter which sector you work in. Our market research has shown that buyers and sellers of all house sizes like and appreciate floorplans.

WHEN WILL I GET A DRAFT PLAN BACK?
We aim to get a draft back to you within 24 hours (ie one working day) but you'll often find if we get your rough sketch in the morning we'll have a draft back to you later in the afternoon.

HOW CAN I SEND YOU THE DRAFT?
You can send it any way that suits you, fax, email or post. Most regular customers use fax as they save our number on a memory dial button on their fax making it very easy.
