Our customers prepare a rough sketch when they visit a property and mark on the room dimensions. The measurements we need are usually only those that would normally be taken, windows are approximations, doors and staircases are generally all standard sizes. Most customers then fax this to us on their return to the office. Once we receive this sketch, we prepare a draft drawing, which we then fax back for approval. As soon as this is approved, we send the finished drawing either by post or e-mail.

We aim to have the draft back within 48 hours, but usually achieve
a 24 hour turnaround.

Drawings returned by e-mail can be sent in one of numerous different formats
for easy incorporation straight into property details. The drawings can
be sized to fit any particular space in a document and have the added
advantage of being in colour.
We can also send the plans in a format ready to be incorporated into your
website.
