Production
Our customers prepare a rough sketch when they visit a property and mark on the room dimensions. The measurements we need
are usually only those that would normally be taken, windows are approximations, doors and staircases are generally
all standard sizes. Most customers then fax this to us on their return to the office. Once we receive this sketch,
we prepare a draft drawing, which we then fax back for approval. As soon as this is approved, we email the finished drawing.
We aim to have the draft back within 24 hours, and often achieve a same day turnaround.

Drawings can be sent in one of numerous different formats for easy incorporation straight into property
details and websites, the drawings can be sized to fit any particular space in a document.
