When you are selling a development Off Plan it is imperative that you include a Site Plan in your marketing material.
Not only does this allow prospective purchasers to visualise the position and orientation of their plot but it acts as a ready reference for which plots
are sold and which are available.
Changes to the site can be readily made and updated versions produced as required for a small extra cost.

The vast majority of Site Plans we produce are from the ‘conversion’ of architectural drawings.
We are able to work from the drawings and produce an attractive, simplified plan that prospective purchasers can readily
understand. We do this by removing all the surplus details that is irrelevant to the purchaser, so details of services
and groundworks will not be shown.
This is a cost effective alternative to plans produced by the architectural practice and provides continuity
in the style of plans used throughout the agents’ details.
